They have to be able to visualise and define the style of the product and then bring it to life. There must have certain character attributes both professional and personal so that they can be considered the most ideal candidate. There are a wide range of responsibilities and duties that need to be carried out for the role such as ensuring the team are continuously organised and aware of what they need to be doing, when and where.
